Hedge Funds have been unwinding their bets on industrials – and the looming election uncertainty may be the reason.

As Jon Caplis shares with Natalia Kniazhevich from Bloomberg, a move away from industrials and towards commodities may be a reflection of profit taking ahead of what continues to be an uncertain election campaign. “Investors are concerned that a potential Trump administration will provide inflationary pressures and longer-term rate implications around that.”
